- She is extremely organized and well-prepared. She did thorough due diligence on every single house we were interested in, and stayed in close contact with the sellers’ agents. She is so well-established in this area that she knew many of the sellers’ agents. She thoroughly reviewed the offers with us, made sure that the offers were as compelling as possible. - Her vast knowledge of the Boulder area and the real estate market, even in its current dynamic state, was amazing. She knew all the neighborhoods we were looking at, and gave us great insights about the area – where to get the best coffee and flowers, market trends in the area, and even the history of the area.
